Track Link
The track link is manufactured from selected special steel and is induction hardened, with the depth and hardness adapted to the most demanding applications. Pins and bushings are also manufactured from special alloy steel, hardened to provide excellent wear resistance. Different types of seals and lubrication systems guarantee long life for all link assemblies.
Greased and sealed link assemblies have very good resistance to internal pin and bushing wear. Dry link assemblies are suitable for applications where lubricated systems cannot be used. Your dealer can provide advice on the right system for your application.
Sprockets and Segments
Sprockets and segments are made of special alloy steel, heat treated for hardness and durability.
Their design ensures maximum strength, wear resistance, and reliability, allowing machines to perform efficiently in any working condition.
Idlers
We manufacture our idlers from selected special steels, using the most modern engineering techniques. The shells are cast, machined and induction hardened, while the arms are drop forged. The bearings are completely enclosed to prevent contamination from dirt and external agents, and they are maintenance free. Top and Track Rollers
We manufacture our rollers from selected special steels. The shells are machined from seamless steel tubes and induction hardened. Shafts are machined and induction hardened. The bearings are completely enclosed to prevent contamination from dirt and external agents, and are maintenance free. The seals we use are the result of years of experience and development. They ensure high reliability and long life. The design and manufacturing process guarantee perfect interchangeability.
Bolt and Nut
The forging process guarantees the best quality bolts for use in track link assemblies and shoes. The bolts are produced in different sizes and threads for different applications. The heads and threads are induction hardened to provide the maximum strength and wear resistance. Our nuts are made from selected special steels. The manufacturing process guarantees perfect interchangeability with the bolts. The design and heat treatment of the nuts allow them to withstand high tightening torques without any risk of failure. The use of bolts and nuts is fundamental to guarantee the reliability of track link assemblies and shoes.
